The 14U – Linder and 14U – Hoeven teams both played in the IPGSA Tune-Up Tourney and competed well! The Bode 16U team played in the Greeley USSSA tournament.
The 14U Hoeven STARS went 4-2 during the tournament with wins against some tough teams, including Synergy, ProSwing Blue and Kryptonite. They ended up with a 2nd place finish, falling to ProSwing Blue in the finals, who they beat previously!
The 14U Linder STARS went 1-2 the first day, only to lose to the eventual champion, ProSwing Blue in the first round on Sunday. All in all, it was great to get out on the dirt in early March!
The 16U Bode STARS went 2-2 on the weekend, but advanced to the gold bracket, only to lose to the eventual champion in the semi-finals, and ending with a 3rd place finish out of 14 teams.
