King Soopers Community Rewards
The Fort Collins Stars is proud to be part of the King Soopers Community Rewards Program. This has got to be one of the best and easiest fundraising activities out there!
King Soopers Community Rewards is a donation program through Kroger. Families can enroll their loyalty cards to the FC Stars Organization and Kroger will donate money to our organization based on usage of the loyalty card. The enrollment costs absolutely nothing to you as a family and you can cancel enrollment at any time through your online King Soopers account. All you gotta do is shop! The money donated by Kroger to the organization will in turn lower team fees by lowering the organization fee that is a part of every team’s budget. This is an organization fundraising program rather than an individual benefit like CSU and Blue Arena. ANYONE can sign up to contribute to the donations by simply shopping with their loyalty card, not just parents of players in the organization! All it takes is a one time setup!
To sign up go to: https://www.kingsoopers.com/i/community/community-rewards to start your enrollment.
1. Sign in to your digital account.
2. Search for your organization here.
3. Enter the name or NPO number of the organization you wish to support.
Organization Name: “Fort Collins Girls Softball Club”
Organization Number: “PV231”
4. Select the appropriate organization from the list and click “Save”.
More details can be found at the link above on the King Soopers Website.
Great Lakes Scrip Center Gift Cards
Get a rebate on things you’ll buy anyway! The Scrip program is a company that issues national and local retailers where many of us already shop. These merchants want to support non-profit organizations, and in return ask you to support them by shopping with scrip cards at their stores. You can use scrip cards to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn revenue for your daughter’s account.
First, check out the list of retailers that are offered through the program and contribution percentages by logging on to www.glscrip.com and click on the Retailer List to get the most of up date list. Some retailers allow you to pay an in-store credit card with these fundraising cards, while others have restrictions on the amount of cards you can use when redeeming them on-line, so please check the “fine print” on their website.
To register, go to www.shopwithscrip.com. Click on the get started tab, then register on the left hand side. Complete the registration form as indicated. Where it says Student and Teacher, please type your daughter’s name (next to Student) and her coach’s name (next to Teacher).
Once you have registered, you will be asked for an organization code, which can be obtained once you’re verified being a member with us. You are now ready to shop! When you are done shopping and you submit your order, you can pay directly on the site. An email is then generated with your printable e-card that can be used at the retailer you have purchased for.
