2012 Season Needs Based Scholarship application

FCGSC wants all girls to be able to play fastpitch softball.  Partial Scholarships are available for recreational, modified, and competitive players.  The partial scholarships are available based on financial needs and as funds are available.  All applications are held in strict confidence.  The Club also has many areas of fundraising opportunities to help with the fees. All players that receive a scholarship will be required to participate in fundraising. Once awarded, a letter stating approval and amount will be sent to the recipient. Funds will not be applied until the recipient either fundraises or pays the equivalent of the scholarship to the club. The steps to follow to apply for a partial needs based scholarship are as follows:

1.      Fill out the following application

2.      Attach supporting documentation.  This can be an approved free and reduced lunch letter from the school district, a copy of a pay stub or 
         a copy of a tax return

3.      Mail the application to PO Box 271366, FC, CO 80527-1366

4.      Deadline for Competitive applications is February 15

5.      Deadline for Modified applications is April 15

6.      Deadline for Recreation applications is March 31

7.      NO APPLICATIONS will be processed without supporting documentation
